There is parking available at the school and the surrounding neighborhood.

Concessions are available.

Individual awards for top 10, team awards for top 3 (varsity) and top 2 (open)

Parking is available on the east side of the park. Check out this parking map for a more specific location.

A concession stand is available on site.

Individual awards for 1st - 15th (varsity) and 1st-10th (FS). Team trophies for top 2 in the varsity races and top team in FS.

The top 8 individuals receive All-Conference honors and the top team receives the conference championship bar.

Parking is available at the north entrance to Detweiller Park and across the street on the east side of Route 29. Check out the official parking map for more details.

The top 25 runners receive All-State honors and the top three teams receive trophies.

Spectator parking is available in the front lots of the high school and junior high.

The football field restrooms are available for use behind the concession stand. The concession stand will sell t-shirts for $20 and light concessions.

High school awards will be held in the front of the far north entrance of the Unit Office following the junior high race.

The top team in each varsity race will receive a trophy and the top 10 runners in every race will receive medals.

The parking lot at Veterans Acres will be for buses only.  Spectators will not be allowed to park in the parking lot or on the side streets by Veterans Acres.  This will be policed by the Crystal Lake police department and people may be ticketed for parking on side streets. 

Spectators are to park at Prairie Ridge High School or Crystal Lake Central High School.  We will have buses that will shuttle the spectators from the school to and from the course. The shuttle buses will run at regular intervals from 7:15 a.m. until the end of the awards ceremony.  Prairie Ridge High School and Crystal Lake Central High School are both approximately one mile away from Veterans Acres.

Spectators should allow time to be shuttled to the course. They should arrive at the shuttle parking at least 40 minutes before the start of the race they are watching.

There will be a concession stand selling water and Gatorade as well as invitational t-shirts available for $20.

Team trophies will be awarded to the 1st place team in each of the four races.

Individual Awards:

• Top 10 individuals at each level will be announced and presented medals at an awards ceremony after the last race.

• Individuals 11-50 at each level will receive a medal that can be picked up by the coach.

Assorted food trucks will be available at the meet including American Kolache, Kona Ice, and Tom's Coffee.

Invite t-shirts will be available at the RCOutfitters tent.

Team awards are given out for 1st - 3rd place in all but the open races. Individual awards are given for 1st - 25th in all races.

Parking is available in the parking lot at the northeast side of the park and there is also street parking available all around the park.

Bathrooms are available in the fieldhouse on the northwest side of the park.

Medals to Top 15 per varsity race, top 10 in the open races, and team trophies are given to the top 3 varsity teams. Shirts will be awarded to medal winners.
